All Aquatics exercise classes are included as part of your membership. Club Northwest has three indoor salt water pools:

• 5-lane, 25 yard lap swimming pool (80-82 degrees)
• 10' by 50' warm water pool (90-92 degrees)
• 8' x 13' spa pool (102 - 104 degrees)

In addition to aquatic exercise classes, we offer swimming lessons, family swim time and open swim.

Family Swim
A lifeguard is scheduled in the Aquatics Center during Family Swim times.

Children 6 years of age and under must be accompanied and closely supervised by a parent/guardian who is 18 years or older at all times, even during Family Swim times.

Children between the ages of 7 to 13 years may swim without parent/guardian supervision during Family Swim times under the following conditions:

1. The child must demonstrate to the lifeguard the ability to swim the length of the pool.

2. Parent/guardian must sign the child in to the pool and remain within the Club Northwest facility.

Open/Lap Swim
No lifeguard is scheduled during Open Swim times. For safety reasons, all children under 14 years of age must be accompanied and closely supervised by their parent/guardian who is 18 years or older. Lap swimming lanes are always open!
