It's Group Fitness Launch Week!

Now is your chance to be one of the first to sample new music and choreography! Group Fitness launches are a great way to check out the classes you've always wanted to try without committing to a whole hour. Get a great workout during launch and a chance to win prizes!

For kids in every sport, our outcome is to build better athletes and stronger competitors. Breathe Deep Yoga with Young Living Essential Oils
Learn how, why and when to use essential oils to deepen your yoga practice during this one hour Hatha Yoga Class. All levels of yoga experience are welcome and no Yoga experience is required. Class is facilitated by Club Northwest Certified Yoga Instructor, Dina Press, with the assistance of a Young Living essential oil expert. No registration required. We'll see you there!

Low student to instructor ratios ensure progress and success while our warm, salt-water pools provide a comfortable experience. Hard Core Doubles Racquetball
Just what are "Hard Core Doubles"? Every player signs up as a single player. Then it is a modified Round Robin. Each player will play one time with all other players. After all 11 games, the player with the most points scored wins. All games will be played to 15 or 11 points like normal, with the exception of team taking over the serve will be awarded a point, (except on the 1st serve of the game). You cannot win the game by a side-out, you must earn the last point. There will be a potluck after the event!

Featured Serrior - Tanya Webb
Our featured Serrior for the month of April is the lovely Tanya Webb. Tanya is a mom to 4 boys and a wife to her husband Keith. She is often surrounded by family as she grew up with 5 brothers and 2 sisters. But she is a role model to more than just her family, Tanya's story is inspiring for many. Her 4-year transformation journey all started from a hospital bed when she was diagnosed with pneumonia and spent 3 weeks in the hospital. Read More

Featured Member - CW
Our April member of the month, CW, was born in Spokane WA but raised in Montana on 300 acres of farm land. The ranch he lived on had horses, cows and all the animals you’'d expect to see on a farm. His Dad was the pastor and the chief of police of the town and his mom worked at the bakery in Troy, Mt. Towns so small, CW says, you can barely see them on a map. When he moved to Portland it was quite a culture shock for him. He saw his first skyscrapers there but when he moved to Manhattan it was an even bigger shock. Read More
