Aqua Belly Dance

These movements are inspired by classic Belly dance, incorporating various dance moves to stretch and strengthen the entire body. Aqua Belly dance reduces the pressure on the muscles and joints, while bringing greater range of motion and flexibility. It improves self-confidence, balance, posture and core strength, while reducing stress. All moves will be broken down and easy to follow. All levels and ages Welcome!

Aqua Fusion

Aqua Fusion develops aerobic capacity, muscular strength, and endurance. Using different equipment you will learn to manipulate surface area and ranges of motion. The pool will become your liquid gym.

Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga come and enjoy the benefits of Yoga in the warm water pool. Yoga takes on new dimensions when practiced in the water. Flexibility, strength, balance, breathing techniques and relaxation will all be explored in this new environment.

Belly Dance

Great fun exercise for body & mind. All moves are broken down to make it easy to follow. The entire body is stretched & strengthened throughout movement. Effective for weight control & self-image with cardiovascular & muscular benefits. Helps posture, grace, focus & fluidity while improving self-confidence & reducing stress.

Booty Blast Barre

Using a ballet barre, this class is a 45 minute high energy full body workout with an special focus on your booty! It incorporates basic ballet techniques, pilates, and cardio.The ending stretches enhance range of movement, coordination ,posture, circulation and overall energy. Wear comfy workout clothes and no shoes.Class is done barefoot - no experience necessary.

Cardio Hip Hop

Cardio Hip Hop is a cutting edge—high energy dance class utilizing modern upbeat music to allow you to pop, lock and drop it while sweating away calories. All fitness levels are welcome.

Get your Ride ON with Group Ride! This huge calorie burner builds great-looking legs! Group Ride is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Hatha Flow - All Levels

Great for beginners and all levels, focusing on building strength, balance, stability and flexibility for the mind and body using breath-synchronized movements. This is a 90 minute class.

Ladies Only - Burlesque Dance

This Women's only class is designed to build confidence - Help women learn to love and appreciate their bodies, and turn off those negative thoughts about themselves. Burlesque style dancing is taught in a fun, warm, private and safe environment. Great workout focusing on dance moves, no experience is necessary - all fitness levels welcome. Must be 18 or older to attend.

Lunch Time Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga that can be tailored for all levels. Get in get out and get some stress release.

Meditation

This class will help to quiet the mind, and create space in between thoughts, helping one find peace, clarity, calmness and joy. A must have for stress release. This is a 30 min class

Move and Lube

Motion is Lotion! Moving your joints allows synovial fluid to lubricate them. Come and experience exercises that bring greater range of motion and flexibility to your joints. All the while stretching muscles, tendons and building better balance. All levels welcome.

Power Yoga level 2/3

For the student looking to take their practice to the next level. A moderately challenging, invigorating class working on strength, endurance, balance and mobility. The focus here is to remain clam within the challenges of the flow. This is a 90 min class.

RIPPED

Experience this total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

Stretch and Strengthen emphasizes range of motion exercises in water that will improve your daily land moves, balance, coordination, and strength.

Tai Chi

If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that?s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity and balance through gentle, flowing movements.

Upper Body Blast

The Upper Body Blast System is the first exercise program to focus on the upper body as a way to build cardio fitness. Since it utilizes the upper body instead of the legs, it represents a unique cross-training opportunity for athletes of all types.

Vinyasa Yoga
