Aquatic Stretch & Strengthen

Stretch and Strengthen emphasizes range of motion exercises in water that will improve your daily land moves, balance, coordination, and strength.

Alignment Yoga

This class covers foundational poses with an emphasis on optimal alignment, using blocks and straps to allow refinement and depth within the poses.

Aqua Fusion

A combination aquatic aerobic/strength training class that takes place in both the shallow and deep end of the lap pool.This class was formerly called Water Synergy

Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga come and enjoy the benefits of Yoga in the warm water pool. Yoga takes on new dimensions when practiced in the water. Flexibility, strength, balance, breathing techniques and relaxation will all be explored in this new environment.

Aqua Zumba

This is a low impact, high energy class that blends Zumba philosophy with water resistance. Great for cardio and toning muscles without the pressure on your joints.

Aquatic Boot Camp

This is a high intensity low impact aquatic class that can be adapted for all fitness levels and abilities keeping the more mature individual in mind. This class is a shallow water class that is FUN and always moving with motivating music. It is designed to tone muscle and burn fat.

Beginning Gentle Yoga

Great class for beginners. Shorter time 35-45 minutes. Gentle with lots of modifications.

Belly Dance

Great fun exercise for body & mind. All moves are broken down to make it easy to follow. The entire body is stretched & strengthened throughout movement. Effective for weight control & self-image with cardiovascular & muscular benefits. Helps posture, grace, focus & fluidity while improving self-confidence & reducing stress. All fitness levels welcome

Booty Blast Barre

Using a ballet barre, this class is a 55 minute high energy full body workout with an special focus on your booty! It incorporates basic ballet techniques, pilates, and cardio.The ending stretches enhance range of movement, coordination ,posture, circulation and overall energy. Wear comfy workout clothes and no shoes.Class is done barefoot - no experience necessary.

Cardio Kick Boxing

Cardio Kick Boxing is a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It’s explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that also strengthens the entire body. It’s a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus it’s a great way to kick stress out of your life!

Chair Yoga

Classes are now held in Area 1. This class is a therapeutic practice supported by a chair with an emphasis on strengthening the knees, opening the hip and low back.

Deep H2O Cardio

H20 Deep Cardio will give you a total body workout. Exercises will raise cardio endurance levels while improving strength, flexibility, and muscle tone in a deep water environment. Tides up!

Easy Riders

Class is designed for the easy rider, who wants a good cardio workout but not the intensity.

Fitness on Demand Virtual Clas

Fitness on Demand offers 30 minute classes from cardio to strength training. Use this option to choose from many classes when a live class is not available. Studio is booked out for virtual classes at this time for 30 min classes

Ladies Only - Burlesque Dance

This Women\\\'s only class is designed to build confidence - Help women learn to love and appreciate their bodies, and turn off those negative thoughts about themselves. Burlesque style dancing is taught in a fun, warm, private and safe environment. Great workout focusing on dance moves, no experience is necessary - all fitness levels welcome. Must be 18 or older to attend.

Zumba Gold

Perfect For Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
