Pilates helps to create good exercise habits that will re-educate the body to move in a more efficient and free manner and offers a variety of benefits including improved posture, a strong center and an overall sense of well-being. All Club Northwest Pilates trainers are certified instructors in Pilates, based on the Joseph Pilates Method.
Pilates trainers are available for private and semi-private lessons.
