Group Training has many benefits including:

  • Build new friendships with fellow members who have similiar fitness interests and goals.
  • Group training typically has lower costs than one-on-one Personal Training.
  • Experience the camaraderie of sharing your tough workouts with others.
  • Feel more accountable for attending workouts when your friends are expecting to see you.

X-Fit with Jesse Sallas

A popular interval workout that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio, core and strength training. This boot camp style workout is always different and designed to push you and working all major muscle group and planes of movement.

Fit -n- Fifty with Amanda Valle

Are you a beginner or over 50 and want to stay fit, then this circuit is for you! This is a fun accepting group utilizing many modalities to keep you fit. All exercises can be progressed or regressed for all fitness levels.

Compass with David Zauher

Give your student athlete the opportunity to become the best they can be by joining our COMPASS athletic training program. Our outcome is to build better athletes and stronger competitors. Our COMPASS athletic training program will take any athlete in the right direction to gain a competitive edge.

Body Fit with Lori Fritchey

A fun, dynamic group setting focusing on core strength, conditioning exercises, strength and resistance training, flexibility and balance. Proper form, warm up and end of workout stretching is emphasized. A great beginner workout!

Monday, Wednesday | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.


Fighter Fusion with Savannah James

A strength and cardio workout based on mixed martial arts style training. Includes strength and condition techniques such as heavy bags, focus mitts, cross-training and plyometrics. Each person works at level appropriate for their ability and fitness level.

AirFit Yoga with Heather Denham

You will perform various Yoga poses while Defying Gravity! While some Yoga poses may be difficult to perform on the ground, now you will be able to do them with the Greatest of Ease!! This fun, acrobatic workout is perfect for those who dreamed as a kid, or still do, of being a trapeze artist!

Rock Steady with Mark Whiting

There is no cure for Parkinson’s, but there is HOPE! Improve Your Quality Of LIFE! Why Boxing? Several studies on exercise and Parkinson’s have concluded that forced intense exercise can slow the progression of Parkinson’s. Boxers train to improve: Balance, Hand-eye coordination, Speed of movement, Agility, Muscle power, Mental focus, Rhythm. All of these things are issues for people with Parkinson’s. Instead of focusing on the specific symptoms of Parkinson’s, people can learn a new skill that is fun and a good stress reliever while addressing many of the symptoms of Parkinson’s.

F.E.W. Self Defense with Savannah James

This class teaches practical techniques mixed with situational awareness drills to keep you safe and prepared, creating confidence and real-life empowerment in a WOMAN’S ONLY setting. You will focus on perfecting technique, so it becomes second nature, while conditioning your mind and body in this PERSONAL PROTECTION FITNESS CLASS.

Pole Fit by Whitney Lewis

Join us in a space where we explore our own strength and flexibility in the latest fitness craze. In this program students will learn spins, tricks, climbing, inversions and floor work while increasing their strength and endurance on a pole.(Download Flyer)
