Group Training has many benefits including:

TLC with Treana Carrier

A circuit style workout designed to amp up your body's metabolism using a combination of cardio and body weight training. Created to target your problem areas with moves that play to your female strengths.

Tuesday, Thursday | 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

X-Fit with Jesse Sallas

A popular interval workout that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio, core and strength training. This boot camp style workout is always different and designed to push you and working all major muscle group and planes of movement.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Fit -n- Fifty with Amanda Valle

Are you over 40 and want to stay fit, then this circuit is for you. This group workout focuses on core balance and strength, utilizing TRX suspension training and other modalities.

Tuesday, Thursday | 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

F.I.I.T. Club with David Martinez

The first rule of F.I.I.T club is you always talk about F.I.I.T club. Functional interval training that incorporates Olympic barbell, Kettlebell and sandbag training that will incinerate calories and unlock one of the most effective workouts you can experience.

Compass with David Zauher

Give your student athlete the opportunity to become the best they can be by joining our COMPASS athletic training program. Our outcome is to build better athletes and stronger competitors. Our COMPASS athletic training program will take any athlete in the right direction to gain a competitive edge.

Body Fit with Lori Fritchey

A fun, dynamic group setting focusing on core strength, conditioning exercises, strength and resistance training, flexibility and balance. Proper form, warm up and end of workout stretching is emphasized. A great beginner workout!

Monday, Wednesday | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Fighter Fusion with Robyn Lasky

A strength and cardio workout based on mixed martial arts style training. Includes strength and condition techniques such as heavy bags, focus mitts, crosstraining and plyometrics. Each person works at level appropriate for their ability and fitness level.

Rock Steady with Mark Whiting

There is no cure for Parkinson’s, but there is HOPE! Improve Your Quality Of LIFE! Why Boxing?…Several studies on exercise and Parkinson’s have concluded that forced intense exercise can slow the progression of Parkinson’s. Boxers train to improve: Balance, Hand-eye coordination, Speed of movement, Agility, Muscle power, Mental focus, Rhythm. All of these things are issues for people with Parkinson’s. Instead of focusing on the specific symptoms of Parkinson’s, people can learn a new skill that is fun and a good stress reliever while addressing many of the symptoms of Parkinson’s.

Air Fit Yoga with Shanti Chagnon

You will perform various Yoga poses while Defying Gravity! While some Yoga poses may be difficult to perform on the ground, now you will be able to do them with the Greatest of Ease!! This fun, acrobatic workout is perfect for those who dreamed as a kid, or still do, of being a trapeze artist!

Hot Yoga with Shanti Chagnon

This is a challenging and vigorous style of yoga practiced in a heated room. The heated environment encourages fluidity, relaxes the joints, and increases the flow of oxygen to the muscles while releasing toxins from the body and spirit.

Monday | 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday | 11:30 a.m. – 12:35 p.m.

F.E.W. Self Defense with Savannah James

If you had to protect yourself from an attacker, could you do it with confidence? Have you ever felt unsafe walking to your car in the parking lot? Get the training you deserve before it’s too late. Teaches all you may need, practical techniques mixed with situational awareness drills to keep you safe and prepared. Creating confidence and real life empowerment in a woman’s only setting. You will focus on perfecting technique so it becomes second nature, while conditioning your mind and body, with this personal protection fitness class. Fee is $75 for two times a week or $100 for three times a week. First class is FREE! Register at the Member Board today!
