TLC FIT

This ever changing circuit style class will kick your metabolism into gear using a combination of cardio and bodyweight training to provide a platform for continual growth and development. Focus is on improving overall muscle balance and endurance while developing tone and definition. Challenge yourself at your own pace in this supportive and encouraging group environment.

Peak Performance Boot Camp

Reach your full athletic potential with this high-intensity class designed to improve your athletic strength and conditioning. Workouts vary from class to class but will incorporate all areas of athletic skills from speed ladders to sprints, sled pulls to kettlebells, rope work and everything in between. Strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns will all be incorporated. Classes are designed to be fun but challenging at the same time and will help push you to your limits.

X-Treme Fitness

A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio, core and strength training. This boot camp style class is designed to be ever different, and push you harder than you'd push yourself. You'll train hard throughout the week with a variety of exercises, working through all major muscle groups and planes of movement. Then finish off the week pushing yourself to the limits with a Game Day style class. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently with every class! We want you to have tons of fun -- but be sure to come prepared for some high intensity training!

Fit -n- Fifty

Fit -n- Fifty circuit style workout. Focusing on core balance and strength, utilizing TRX suspension training and other modalities.

Tuesday, Thursday | 8:30 - 9:20 a.m.


BODY FIT

A fun, dynamic-group-setting that focuses on core strength, conditioning exercises, strength resistance training, flexibility and balance. Each class is different and geared to challenge both beginners and veteran exercisers.

Monday, Wednesday | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.


WARRIORS IN TRAINING

Club Northwest Youth Fitness provides a model for health and fitness for years to come. Come and enjoy a fun and exciting way to participate in programs designed to develop STRENGTH, POWER, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY and MORE; all while leaving a lasting desire for health and fitness. For members and potential members age 9 - 12.
