Working out and rebuilding the body is an art form that I’ve always enjoyed. In 2006 I was injured and suffered neurological damage for many years. Throughout the years I built a new relationship with my body and started to talk to it on what specific goals I wanted to achieve. Being a personal trainer that’s what I aim to do for others. I want them to fall in love with themselves in a whole new way and discover a new way of communicating to their bodies and achieving higher goal.
